Rethink Press celebrates a decade in business by joining forces with Panoma Press

Rethink Press has scaled up its international publishing platform by combining forces with fellow business and self-development book publisher Panoma Press.

The acquisition by Rethink Press will see the publishers forming a strong alliance with the Panoma brand to remain in place.

As Rethink Press celebrates its 10th birthday this year, co-founder Lucy McCarraher said this is an exciting new chapter for Rethink and a fantastic opportunity to work with Mindy Gibbins-Klein, the founder of Panoma Press, who started the business in 2005.

Between the companies they have published over 1,000 titles by authors from 20 countries and have a combined team of over 60 international professionals.

As part of the deal Mindy Gibbins-Klein will move across to Rethink as Senior Publishing Consultant.

Lucy McCarraher, founder of Rethink Press said: “Rethink Press and Panoma Press are two leading independent publishers of business and self-development books by entrepreneur and expert authors, sharing the same mission and values. I’m incredibly proud of how Rethink has developed over the ten years since Joe Gregory and I founded it, and we’ve always admired Mindy’s work with Panoma. The two companies are a perfect fit, and bringing them together gives us an exciting opportunity to build a bigger, better and stronger business for our authors.”

Mindy Gibbins-Klein founder of Panoma Press said: “Building Panoma Press has been very rewarding and yet we knew there was even more we could achieve. Combining our strengths with those of Rethink Press makes so much sense and creates an even stronger value proposition to entrepreneurial authors. I’m excited about the future of this newly merged publishing company.”

With both companies as established innovators in the market, the vision is to scale up the work they have been doing while benefiting from merging skills, insights and processes with a view to more innovation for its authors and the publishing industry.

The new joint list gives the company a greater platform from which to promote even further its shared values and vision to publish books that change the lives of entrepreneur authors and their readers.

The deal commenced on 1st December 2021.
